4. What We Do NOT Do With Your Content

- We will NEVER sell, share, or license your personal messages or input content to any third party
- We will NEVER use your love letters, apologies, or personal messages for advertising purposes
- We will NEVER store your generated messages on our servers after delivery to your device
- We do NOT claim any ownership or rights over the messages you create with WordHug
5. Data Retention
Your input text is processed in real-time to generate responses and is not permanently stored on our servers. Generated messages are stored locally on your device. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
WordHug uses the following third-party services:
- AI language model providers: to generate and improve message quality (your input is processed but not stored by these providers)
- Payment processors: Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription management
- Analytics: anonymized usage statistics to improve the app experience
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
WordHug is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
